Qatar Exchange dips 0.10%, risks to lose year-to-date gain

Qatar: On the first trading day in Doha after the National Holiday, the QE Index finished at 8,744.76 (off 0.10%). Investors mostly sold baning shares, as Al Ahli Bank (down 3.45% at QR81.10), Doha Bank (off 0.78% at QR63.70) and Qatar Islamic Bank (half a per cent lower at QR83.10) posted losses.
