Qatar: Qatar's Supreme Council of Health (SCH) has said the country will have nine new hospitals, 18 new primary health centres and two branches of the Medical Commission by 2016, the Peninsula has reported. Three of the new hospitals will be under SCH and the other six hospitals will be managed by the Hamad Medical Corp (HMC), some of which are already under construction, said the SCH in its 2012 annual report.
