Qatar: The Qatar Exchange (QE) Index fell 0.20% to 8,443.65 points, lowering the year-to-date performance to minus 3.75%. Shares of the country's second telecom provider Vodafone Qaatar declined 1.60% to QR7.40. Vodafone Qatar reported a loss for the third quarter ending on December 31st of QR359.4m compared to QR456.8m in the same period the year before. Vodafone Qatar's financial year runs from 1 April to 31 March Of each year. At the end of the nine-months period, the firm counted 797,000 mobile customers, an increase of 12% year-on-year.
