Qatar: Investors in Qatar joined the selling session on Sunday and sent the QE index 1.60% lower to 8,563.84. The country's largest lender Qatar National Bank (QNB) lost 2.16%, finishing at QR131.10. Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) gained 0.12% to reach QR84.50. Earlier in the day, QIB announced the launch of "the first worldwide pre-paid travel card", in partnership with Mannai Air Travel. The product aims to meet the increasing needs of QIB and Mannai Air Travel customers for secure payment and avoid risks of carrying cash and cheques while traveling abroad.
