Qatar: Qtel has selected Mariner's IP video service oriented monitoring solution, designed for integration with IPTV probes, Rapid TV News has reported. The Mariner xVu solution will be used for Qtel's Mozaic TV service, making this the first Mariner xVu deployment in the Middle East.
